CUSTOMER CENTRICITY SIMULATION

The Customer Centricity Simulation is a robust game designed to take teams of participants through the experience of a CMO who is making customer-centric decisions. Conference attendees have the opportunity to do more than learn theory – they put insight into action.

We break out into teams to use data and metrics to make decisions for a fictional company. Each day includes several rounds of gaming – the winning team is the one that delivers the most value for the company. This combination of best practices on data transformation plus hands-on simulation makes Customer Centricity 2018 uniquely engaging and valuable for participants.

Each group will feature a Group Accelerator – these individuals are leaders in their industry with exceptional experience in driving value and growth to their organizations. Conference participants have the chance to learn from these leaders while forging meaningful and memorable relationship.
